"About 3 weeks ago, my garage door came unhitched to the track that opens and closes the door, a bolt that held it in place had been sheered off. I got the name of Moser Exterior from a garage door company who said they use Moser because of their excellent work. I contacted Moser, and Jake called me back almost immediately and came out at the end of that same day. It took him minutes to get a new bolt back in place and make sure the door was operating properly. The garage door had one spring, for the whole door on one side of the door. Jake helped me understand the need for a spring on each side. The door is a little over 20-years old and had some deterioration around the framing of the door and also the rubber at the bottom of the door. Today, Nov. 20, Jake and Sarah, (what a great team!) came and took care of all the things I just listed. They got here, immediately got to work and did a beautiful job in replacing all the deterioration. And, they made sure they cleaned up everything. I am so grateful to have found Moser Exterior. They are quality and I highly recommend that you use them if the need arises."
